I make our product entirely by hand. I use a hot iron forging method in the knit. Since it is handcrafted, it is not like a factory-made product. Each product contains slight variations from the others. This reflects the human nature of imperfection. Wanting both a handcrafted product and a flawless factory-made product is a contradiction in itself. Our product is as durable as it is somewhat heavy.
